OK, These I will consider my "New start" pictures , they were taken yesterday and after taking a week off for vacation. I still can't shake that lower ab and back (love handle) fat, but all in good time..
I've also been worried about lose skin and I have a little around my midsection, but I've been using coco butter and hopefully that with a little time will help tighten that up..

Morning weight 169.0, so it looks like things are stabilizing from the week off, weight dropping again.. I do feel a little fuller this week, not sure if it was the carbs from vacation, or things just starting to improve.
Today should have been back day, but my 20month old was up all night, so I will have to adjust... Which because of my wife's work schedule I have to do alot, but as long as I don't miss a workout I'm happy.
Hopefully everyone has a good day..

Last, just checking in on ya.Sometimes you have to make adjustments to the training schedule I know. That is one of the main things I like about training at home.If I have to miss a scheduled workout I can make it up at 2 in the morning if I want to.Looks like you got some good muscle.I don`t think you have a lot of fat to lose.I know you want to be super ripped but you`re not as far away as you probably think you are.

It is nice being able to workout when ever, but bad some times too because at a gym I couldn't hear.the baby cry..lol
Thanks for saying I'm not that far off, I keep seeing my 200 pound fat self in the mirror, so its nice to hear I'm making progress... Still have a lot of work ahead..
Not a lot, I was up to 240 at one point but came down pretty slow..I'm probably just being paranoid..
Thanks brother, still a lot of work ahead, but hopefully abs are just around the corner

I know what you guys are saying and i value your opinions.. you guys have been doing this longer than I have and know what to look for... I'm just still trying to "learn " my body and how it reacts to stuff..
If you say I'm leaning out then ill stop sweating the small stuff..
Thanks guys..

Back and Traps, this should have been yesterday's workout, but due to the baby couldn't get it in. However this was a great workout, not sure if I was trying to make up for missing or what but whatever the reason I'll take it..
Chin ups BW x 30 Reps , I do these starting every workout to warm up, usually 3 sets and I do a little stretching in between sets
Rack Deads ( just below knee )
Following 5/3/1
Warm up - 155 x 5 nice and slow just
WU - 190 x 5
WU - 225 x 3
285 x 5
320 x 3
360 x 4 ,Pretty sure this is the most i've pulled so far, I'm not going to call it a PR because I know I can still do more, I'll be doing reps with 405 in the near future...
Lat pulldowns
110 x 12
120 x 12
120 x 10
120 x 6 , Drop 100 x 5
T-bar rows I don't know if I have ever tried these, so just took an olympic bar and stuck in the corner of my rack and using 25 pound plates gave it a shot. first set just gripped the bar, after that I took my V-handle and hooked it on the collar and was able to get a little better stretch.
75 x 12
100 x 10
100 x 9
100 x 12
Bar Shrugs
225 x 10
225 x 9
225 x 9
225 x 8
1/3 wide grip chins, Bushmaster mentioned these is one of his workouts, so I tried them
2 Sets BW to failure
then 50 Min LISS to wrap things up...
