    Shouldnt really matter as long as you spread it out. I usually suggest upon waking then again in the afternoon.

    Could take upon waking with your Y, and then between meals throughout the day.
    Some people find slight GI Distress on an empty stomach. if this is the case take with meals.

    No stomach issues.

    An odd side-effect, seems to clear my sinuses or lessening my allergy symptoms.
