No such thing as OTC fat burners. "Fat burners" are just mislabeled stimulants.

Lipolyze and somalyze are a great mix for stimulant free supplements . Made by some dodgy , snake geezer named Dave something or other apparently , lol

in a fasted state upon waking is the best use for Yohimbine. in the presence of insulin or food the effects are negated.
Yohimbine is also enhanced when in the presence of caffeine. So this makes it even more optimal upon waking. Work your way up to .02mg/kg for the dose. Start with 2.5mg and then reassess as you increase (many get up to 12.5-15mg).
If you want to dose it later in the day you can, and I would suggest to utilize it before cardio to help with stubborn bodyfat. If you train upon waking then wake up and train and dose before your cardio session.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

Usually the dosing is about 1mg per 10lbs of lean body mass. I will work all the way up to 20mg with my caffeine source before fasted cardio. In high doses I HIGHLY suggest that everyone use L Theanine with it (200mg). This will boost GABA levels and balance out the stimulant effect so its much more tolerable. Without that a lot of people cannot tolerate the full dose and get the full benefit.

Ya its a lot of those little suckers. Since they are 2.5mg I would probably just use 15mg total and if you can tolerate it you might bump to 17.5. I think I have Primaforce brand right now but I know AllMax makes 3mg caps. The only other way would be buying powder and measuring it on a mg scale (putting it all in one empty cap) but that is tricky with such a small dose. I wouldnt risk it lol

I've used Primaforce and Prime Nutrition, got good results from both. Best way I've found is to start with just 2.5 mg and ramp it up GRADUALLY over several weeks. I feel awful if I take the calculated truckload all at once without ramping it up (with or without the l-theanine).
