I have been feeling really tired and worn down all the sudden. I finally figured out what was causing my stomach problems. I was taking medication for acid reflux and I kept having symptoms. The doctor kept upping dosages, and I finally just stopped taking anything and it has gotten much better. Only problem is now I am bound up. With the meds, things were going right through me. I am taking much fiber and I am sure things will work out.
Here is a vid after doing back yesterday. Just drained during workout.

How heavy did you get this past offseason? You usually compete around 155-160 I assume?

The last 3 years or so have been crap because of my back, so a little loss of muscle. Won pro card at 161. I think I began prep around 178

2 weeks out and I am fairly happy where I am out. Just got to figure out some stomach bloat.

Less than a week left. I just realized I was probably ingesting like 20000mg of salt a day haha. I love coarse see salt. And I wonder why I am holding a little water in my skin??? Who knows?
