haha thats awesome. Can't wait to see your pics from the show.
In 2006 when I thought I was my best condition ever, I was literally eating like 4 pounds of broccoli and cauliflower a day I would wake up with the worse stomach pains in the middle of the night. Stupid, but I guess it worked out, haha

Less than a week left. I just realized I was probably ingesting like 20000mg of salt a day haha. I love coarse see salt. And I wonder why I am holding a little water in my skin??? Who knows?

Just sitting here at the show 1 day out. Took some really good pics. Best Condition I have ever had, and am drying out nicely. I am starting to get the panic like I am not making the right decisions and that I am too dry already. Oh well, head games!
Oh and I am freezing, I hate that about the diet and shows. runny nose and freezing!
Wish I could post some pics, but don't have camera cord.

good luck Matt! followed your prep a bit, I know you worked hard for this show. Win, lose, or draw you left nothing behind and brought your best, thats all you can really control as an athlete, actions not outcome!

thanks buddy. I am seeing changes by the hour...at least I think. Everything coming along and I am pleased. Yesterday was a hard day, just waiting around and feeling like "what am I doing hear and want to travel all the way from CA back to PA." My wife was like "there is nothing else you could have done. You did so much work." You know...she is right!
Now I am excited!

thats what its all about, if you did everything in your power to be your best from the start of the prep to the day of the show , nobody can take that away from you, not even the judges. Each prep we learn new things and encounter different obstacles which ultimately make us better for the next show. Do your thing tomorrow, the hard work is done!

Thanks buddy. Right at this moment, I am the best I ever been and in the best condition. Just got done with the meeting and I am hoping to do well.
Kind of panicing and rethinking something I did with sodium, because I am so tight right now and am getting tighter as the day goes on, but I hope I am just overthinking things. Just need to keep drinking water and stay the course.
Thanks for the encoragement. I am really happy with my look right now. hopefully I will be tomorrow too.
