Getting ready for the IFPA Pro USA
I originally started this over in the natty section, but thought here would be a better choice.
Getting ready for the IFPA Pro USA in SacramentoHey, I haven't posted much on here and I am going to try to start to do so more. I am getting ready for the IFPA Pro USA in Sacramento on July 14th. Currently at 9.5 weeks out and it is going fast. Always feeling behind.
I am going to be keeping track of everything, from the diet to traing to cardio and thoughts on youtube.
If you want check it out. Tell me what you think.

I like the little intro video on youtube. That is pretty cool man. I would post up some pics, current diet, cardio etc. for us here so we can see what is going on. Goodluck.

Hey thanks. They are coming. I have to go back and forth to my wife's computer, because mine is too old to actually edit the videos I have made. What a pain. She is pretty much always busy on hers too.
Thank will be coming. I feel like I am behind, but I will get things together.
Thanks again.

Posted up a video of my beginning diet and info for the first 2 weeks and also a posing video of 14 weeks out. Take it easy on me people..haha.
I am going to post my workouts but I hate to even do so. Here is why.
Since I won my overall in 2008 I have been having back pain. I have been to multiple doctors and sought different treatments, but nothing has really worked. So here I am after 2.5 years of troubles. I haven't done the lifts I needed to do to improve, because I can't risk major flare ups where I can't do anything.
It has always been a goal to compete as a pro (natural) so here I am.
Anybody else out there with back issues and trying to compete?

05-22-2012, 10:30 PM #15Monday I prayed that I could do legs and my stomach worked out, then today on a field trip it just went crazy. I am losing a lot of weight and I am a small guy to begin with. I am just widdling away. Very frustrating and it is getting to me emotionally.
Stomach Flu I guess. It happened like this to me in the past year a couple times, but I don't think this bad. I don't think it is what I am eating.
