6 weeks out NGA show
About 6 weeks out from an NGA show. Hoping to bring my best. Still have a good amount of work to do. Weight is about 177. Here are a few pics after literally just rolling out of bed...lol. But you get the idea. Some pics are in between poses. After this show, I am done for 2 years, at least.

Much better conditioning than last year Breck! Watched your prep at IM last year. Are you still working with Shelby?

Thanks. No i'm not. I had a great experience and learned a ton from him and would recommend him in a heart beat though. Tried to keep it cheaper this year.

Weight is 177 this am.
Nothing too exciting. Deload week. This morning was sumo deads, pulldowns, hanging leg raise.
Finished up with cardio.
The cut off for middle weight in the NGA is 172 1/4. Hoping I make it, but not worrying too much about it. My weight will stay the same for a week sometimes, then drop 3lbs all of the sudden.

Thanks Jason. Not sure really. I have had more carbs throughout this prep. I also stuck w/ heavier weight/less volume...maybe that had something to do with it...also it was 6am just rolling out of bed to take these....which is why I look half a sleep, cause I was.

Weight was 176.8 upon waking.
Did 600kcal of cardio, with 15mg yohimbine hcl and some caffeine. I really don't like the feeling of yohimbine, but only 3-4 more weeks of it. My weight post cardio, was 173.9. Crazy drop in just about 2 hrs.

High day yesterday. Weight was 176.6 this am.
Nothing too exciting training today. Just some deload chest/back and few bicep stuff (I use 5/3/1 training program).
Cardio for an hr on the eliptical. Deload week always bores me. But i know it is important. Ready to hit it hard again.
5 more weeks.

hit a low of 175.6. Have a "high day" today...is high for me, but not really..ha.
Hitting shoulders and a little back and some cardio. Since I work 2nds, I train in the am, fasted, since I started using yohimbine hcl. Up to 15mg a day. I'll be glad when I am done with yohimbine. My least favorite supplement. Just don't like the feeling. Only a few more weeks of it though.

I have also been kicking aruond the idea of doing a powerlifting meet. I fuond one in December. Don't care how well I do so much, as I want to do it for the experience. I would like to compete in the 181 class. It will help me not get out of shape either, and give me a goal.

look about on point glutes may be a tad behind , but nothing some cardio couldn't help dial in some more
