Water Weight Issues
What is the best water weight pills? I have an issue with water retention. I drink a lot of water ( all the time). I don't eat a lot of salty foods.

I haven't really found any solution that works I hold tons of water year round
I tried most over the counter and they dont' do anything for me

I am a HUGE water holder as well. My gyne actually prescribed me diaretics for that time of the month because I would get so uncomfortably bloated, and that was BEFORE I ever competed!
Now I use Expel or Species Aqualyze and it seems to do the trick!

I get crazy water retention around the time of the month and i will hold it in my breast and thighs. Usually, nothing helps the best...otc anyway. When i compete i still have water issues. Still trying to find the best thing that works with my body.

Normally when a client asks me about the latest Dr Oz show, I internally groan!
He spoke on Raspberry Keytones and I internally groaned... at first. I did try them and I guess he was on to something!
I found that my skin did tighten and when I went to the washroom I did urinate significantly more.
A few ladies I work with had the same results.

You have to be careful but b6 can act as a diuretic and helps rid the body of excess estrogen. I take a seperate B6 supp at either 50 or 100mg a day, but as I said, you have to be careful with it.

Back to topic...I know this thread has not been touched in a while but I want to tap the collective knowledge about drying out at a natty competitor. While I am natty (no PEDs or pro-hormones) in past I did use a script diuretic to "dry out" for show day (NPC untested). My next show is truly an NPC natural so no script diuretic. I want to play fairly by the rules!
I just saw above b6, vit c, rasp ketones listed as possible "natural" supps to use. Are there any other supps, vitamins you or anyone else willing to share, you would recommend for during prep & specifically for peak week for a natty girl?
