Guys today are so massive that if you put a classic waist on them you realize just really how huge they are compared to the old guys.

It seems like often guys think todays guys aren't that much bigger, but I think it's an illusion from not seeing the guys in person and that guys today have bigger waists to match their bigger size, not creating as much of an illusion of size even though they're huge.

That's like me. Only reason I don't look super small and shitty in my avatar pic is that I can get my waist down to 28"

Watched a couple vids of Platz's leg routines. Madness.

RE: Arnolds mind. He definitely had desire and drive. But I think what really set him apart was his ability to really balance his life out. His focus was bodybuilding, but he wasnt blinkered by it.
