Swai Fish?
I was at the grocery store this weekend and came Swai fillets in the frozen fish area... Ive never heard of them before but they looked like extra long tilapia and they were buy on-get one so I got 2 packs.
Has anybody ever had it before? and what does it relate to in terms of taste and nutritional value?
Thanks

pretty much the same as tilapia and basa. I grilled it for fish tacos a week or so ago and it sticks a bit so it telss me it is super low in fat. good fish and especially for the price I have seen it. I got it fresh for $3.99lb. bought 10lbs!

I haven't tried it yet but I always see it on sale when I'm looking for my tilapia.
I'm getting sick of tilapia every day so may have to try this if it tastes any different.

Wow bombastic recipe man. But fish contains a lots of proteins in it but in summer its not good for health in case of excessive use. But you can use this as your body requirements.

Fish is pretty expensive... I think it'll be good to do this
Fatty-Fish or good quality Steak.
~ Either Salmon or Top Sirloin steak
Lean-White Fish
~ Cod, Halibut, Flounder and then Tilapia
It's pretty hard to find Cod/Halibut occasionaly but however Tilapia is the cheapest form of white-fish.
Orange Roughy isn't bad also
