No Training today. Just doing 30 Mins on the treadmill (Heart rate above 130bpm) and some foam rolling. Softball league starts tonight so I should burn a cal or two trotting around the bases, haha.

I'm playing softball and beach vball this summer.... I find it's harder to avoid all the pitchers of beers than it is to trot around the bases! haha

Pullover machine (Kinda like the one in blood and guts...never used it before so i just kinda felt it out...really good strentch and squeez on my lats when i got myself positioned properly)
