Am I getting too much omega 6 in my diet?
I am on a mass gain diet and have been consuming 4000 calories a day, 130g of fat. My fat sources are usually these everyday:
120g of peanut butter
3 oz avocado
50g of almond
6-7 eggs
I also take 10 fish oil capsules since I don't really eat fish, which totals around 3600g of omega 3.

given that your taking a good dose of Omega 3 pills plus the 3 that is in your food naturally I dont think you should have an issue.

You're probably good to go, man. If you want a more certain answer it would probably only be an hour of your time to look up the fatty acid profile of those foods, calculate your ratios of 3's/6's, then look up different sources of literature to decide. If you don't want to look up literature on the subject, from my readings I have decided that for health, a one to one ratio of 3's to 6's would be best. However, if you are bulking then inflamation isn't your complete enemy so maybe a 2 or 3 to one ratio of 6's to 3's. If you decide that you need more, I'd say get it from a plant source like hemp or flax cuz you are getting a good amount of DHA/EPA already.
