Okay I am going to make a wrap up video, but I will throw this out there now.
Found out I finished 6th (9 competitors). I got the judges sheet today and 5 out of the 7 judges had me 5th (3 of them) and 6th (2 of them). The last 2 judges had me in last place. I am pretty upset about this and I know everybody has their own opinion, but it is very frustrating to have the scores differ so much like that. I will put a link to the pics from the show, and I have to honestly say that my conditioning was in the top 4, but I got outmuscled. I do feel defeated and going into this show, I knew it might be the last one I do. It is easy to say oh do another 1 and redeem yourself, but things are changing in my life and my neck has only gotten worse, which then affects my whole spine (lower back has been holding on).
There is not much more I can do. Maybe a little tighter (had my best conditioning ever for this show) maybe more muscle (it will be hard with all the spine problems which keep me from doing all the necessary exercises). I don't think there is much I can do with my physique, which leads to possibly not competing again. Without the injuries the last 3 years I think I could have stepped onstage at 163-165 with the same conditioning (Only weighed 156-57), but looking at the pictures I don't think that would have mattered to those judges. Feel like I didn't even get looked at and didn't even have a chance.
Well those are some thoughts. Please no pick me ups. This is something I need to process.
Thanks all for following. The next journey is to strengthen and hopefully fix my spine. (been to doctors and pt's. No real help, it is on my own now)
If you take time to look through the pics, give me some feedback on being placed last by 2.

You must do less power exercise which makes your back strong within one year. Do not try to get more power exercise, it will harm your back.
