Nice workout this morning. Pace was pretty good and energy was consistent for a tuesday morning workout.
With no weight change I am doing what I planned and dropping my arm/calve training session and replacing it with a HIIT session/off day macros. Aside from that I am not making any changes to other macros and just see how that works for next week.
Free meal tonight. Going to try a new mexican place where all the hipsters go haha. Now time to just chill for the day!

Really great workout this morning. Lots of squeezing and tempo work for intensity. The alt hack squats are brutal on the legs, and a bit tricky to get the feel movement just right the first go around.
Dinner was awesome last night! The place is called Carnitas Snack Shack. Has a super tiny store front, but then you walk around the side of the place for the seating and its really cool. It probably was someones house at a point in time, that was converted to be a business. Anyway they only have a about 6 items on the menu (mostly pork) and everything sounded awesome. We just stuck to the tacos for out first time. Next time I go they have a "triple threat" which i pulled pork,carntias, and schnitzel. Saw people getting it, things was massive. Our tacos were awesome, the meat was super moist and full of flavor without them having to put any sauce on it. They also were generous with the portion of meat in the taco which made it worth it. This is a new staple place for us I think.
Now today not much going on. Foam Rolling later most likely, and probably more video games and relaxing before back to work in the morning. Also going to use the last bit of Pizza Dough I had frozen to make some for tonight.

Really Great workout today. Kinda stupid, but they had the whole squat rack area taped off for cleaning...which is a big part of the free weight area so a lot of the floor space was taken and I could not dead lift today, or t-bar rows. I just made the most of what I could do and moved on. I decided to also throw in my bicep workout here since I pulled back my solo arms day, I'll see how that works out for now but it went well today. I kept the pace pretty fast for the session and only slowed down towards the last 2 workouts, but was out of the gym in an hour or so.
Pretty cool day at work, I got to run part of the day from a manager position for once. They are starting to get me use to doing it and educating me more on how to do it (but I already have a good idea since I have been there for almost 6 years). Its mostly just the formality of it they are putting me through. Everything went smooth though which wont always be the case but I'll take it for today. I am hoping in a few months to start the interview process to become a manager, so that is why all this new training is happening.
Just finished my pasta meal, decided to add some lite mozzarella cheese to it this time, it was an excellent choice lol. Now I am relaxing but may run to the store to get some things if I am bored and want something to do.

Pizza I made Wednesday night with the pizza dough from my work. Used 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 45g cheese, chicken, onion, cilantro, garlic, and green onions. There was probably about 5 slices total from it.

make a triple stack filled with bacon would be WINNING.

I hope so too, the store manager and I are going to start having more meetings about what the regional boss wants from the "mates". All the other mates in the store are just giving me advice and getting my feet wet with more store leadership tasks. On weekends for the past few months I have been managing the produce area and delegating with crew members, and that has helped a lot as far as developing overall communication/organization for the bigger stuff.
