Turned out to be a nice workout this morning. I say that because I was pretty damn tired the first hour or so I woke up and thought my energy was going to suck. But It didn't and I had a great workout.
Avengers was really good. Was entertained the entire time, pacing was good and lots of good action scenes. I would actually go see it again in a few weeks, which is rare for me to do anymore with movies.
Now today I am going to try and relax after some errands and then tonight I am supposed to go with Vanessa to see my Aunt who is in town....I don't want to go but Vanessa is pretty much making me...ugh. Lets just say I am not close with my Aunt or most of my dad's family, so I don't partake in their family events.
Aside from that I plan to have a great day haha! Hope you do too!!

Glad to hear Avengers is good. I think I will go see it soon.

Yeah, that's why I tied to keep them lower from training days in general when bullking. I'll probably start to make smaller pulls from off days in the next few though

I was more tired than normal today, so I just did not have the energy to try and push it with Deads today. But then somehow I cranked out a lot of drop sets lol. Overall left the gym feeling good and worked.
Now just get to relax at home for the night and eat eat eat. Happy to be off work tomorrow and hang out with friends for some mexican bbq. Have a good night!!

We now carry Maple water. It's supposed to be like the new coconut water, but half the sugar and calories. Friends said it tastes like a watered down maple syrup. I also saw we had the ghost chile grinders back yesterday. Cookie butter cheesecake bites. Pb and j nonfat Greek yogurt.

Yeah that grinder is 6 bucks but you don't use that much if it. I sill have mine from last year

Nice workout this morning, energy started to dwindle about half way into so I took some longer rest periods to get better prepared for the next set. All in all another day down.
Really surprised with no scale change, I thought/felt my weight would of dropped this week with the kcal pull. So I am actually making a somewhat mentally tough decision and not going to make any changes this week and see what happens by next week. Mirror wise things better so this is why I am hesitant to pull any more food just yet.
No free meal until sunday this week. Some work friends, along with Vanessa and I are going to a breakfast place. http://thegreatmaple.com/gallery/ kinda more upscale than a mom and pop place, but from what I hear is amazing. My training days towards the later part of the week will switch a bit for that day. Hopefully my weight should drop back down by Tuesday and will maybe even see a new low post cheat.
Forgot to mention last saturday was a lot of fun. Great food and friends, also busted out my mini pop-tart maker for the first time. It was a early wedding gift from a friend. It worked pretty well using pie crust. We filled them with cookie butter, PB, and Jelly. They are tiny as fuck though lol. Vanessa took pics of them so I do not have any to share.
