Just an HP. Similar to one I have, it nothing fancy but it works well for what I use it for. I have had to many friends get toshibas and have them just flat out break on them. The sony laptops are out of my price range lol. But if I save a bit more I can get her a nicer HP...thats better than mine lol.

Any chance you want to look at a Mac? or just a cheaper HP to browse the internet and do some documents or whatnot on it?

Great workout, but felt a little unfocused in the beginning. I think my body is usually a bit more tired after working all week. so it just takes a bit more to get going. Overall though everything felt solid.
Not making changes this week with macros, I am going to hold off until next week and see if my gains slow a bit. If they do not then I will probably add in a 2nd hiit session to help balance it out and go from there. I have been hoping to hold off on adding it in until another kcal increase but if its needed sooner then oh well.
Rest of they day I am hanging out with my friend, then later after vanessa gets off work we are all going out to Cici's pizza for all you can eat!! Then hang out more after that.

Lol probably not sharp at those numbers. Mirror is ok at this point. A little softer in lower abs. But not bad. I feel/look fuller overall which makes it worth it

Great workout this morning, now just get to lay around again today. Free meal was amazing last night. Ate about 9 slices of pizza, 4 plates of salad. Came home, then later had pancakes, sludge,cereal,toast,ice cream sandwich. Woke up sweating in the middle of the night lol, part of it I am sure was from the food, but also because my mom turned the heater on last night.
