Crushed it this morning. Just felt very motivated and strong this morning so just rolled with it and had a great session. Kinda felt like my weight was actually going to be the same this week but oh well haha. I actually feel better than I did most of last week where towards fri/sat I just felt heavier and smooth. Which is kinda how my body trends anyway during the week but it felt much different than previous weeks. But today feels much better overall and can notice more fullness in my arms and shoulders for sure.
So not going to change anything this week macro or training wise. Free meal later today too.

Pretty decent workout. Strength is starting to come up like I have been noticing most of the week. Although doing bench press last was rough seeing how my chest was pretty tired after the first exercises.

Great session to end the week with. Its been super hot (for here) this week and working out in the garage even with the doors open does not help much. Was really happy with my dead lifts today and being able to at least hit 255 for a few solid sets. Most rest periods today were about 45 sec to a 1.5 min for back. Most arms were 30 sec. Really just focusing on the contraction and holding it on all exercises.
Now just eating and relaxing. May go see a relative who is in town but waiting to here from my dad on it. If not probably just watch some college football/play video games most of the night. I do not work until 9 tomorrow so I can stay up late for once.
