I'm alive & kicking! Happy New Year Peeps!...only 3/4 of the way thru January... The academic calendar has a way of sucking time. Anymahoozy...between the holidays and honeymoon, work and upcoming cruise this weekend (business trip for Bossman's company) my days have been a whirl with little time to catch my breath. I promise when I am back starting Feb 1st, to start journaling again! I promise. I miss y'all!

p.s. Training is still on point! Bossman is currently bulking, so I lift hard & heavy right along with him...I am a strong girl for sure and love how that feels! And even though I am 25# off stage weight I am pretty happy with how I am looking too! Peace!

~ Keeping on, keeping on! ~
I have not posted in eons…just been busy doing everyday life. But I do come and stalk and check in on people. Sunny is as consistent as ever and always an inspiration to keep on doing and living this lifestyle.
Bossman is taking this year off from the national stage. His company is busier than ever and with it being seasonal, he really needs to focus on its continuing success and growth. I am taking his lead and have chosen another competition free year. It is far more fun when we prep together to compete together. So our long range goal is to do an early spring show in 2017 for the challenge and fun and nothing more than that. In the meantime, I’m focusing on every day health and strength. No set goals other than losing a few pounds for summer, so I look fit in my swimsuits at the beach

Cable RDL’s – ROM focused on ham stretch & glute contraction – 6 Sets
YUP! I am the walking sore today! Still managed to take the puppy for her early am stroll...which is exactly what we did in lieu of running.

So glad to have you back in here for an update! Sounds like a smart decision to take another year off and just focus on the present. There wil ALWAYS be another show on the horizon when you're ready to jump in.
