Whey to build + Better protein bar Flavor combos

Huh, I never ordered from thrm- ill have to check that site out. Loos like they got some pretty competitive prices on popular items.

Thay have tons of flavors at a good price. I order alot of my supps there as they are about the cheapest you will find in the U.S.

Anyone know how much protein I should out in the better protein bars mix? And do I have to adjust the original recipe to accommodate the protein powder? More/less honey? Peanut butter?

You can add as much or as little as you want- you just need to add a lil water to get your pestered consistency...shouldn't need to add more Pb or honey.
