    my hrt (200mg test ew, 1mg adex eod, 500iu hcg 2x per week, 50mcg t3 ed) and shhhh.... its a secret an extra 12.5 mcg of t3 and 2 energy drinks ed. haha thats as much as i can get myself to push now that im an old man. i may even throw in some igf soon when i start pounding the weights again.

    Humulin-R...preworkout meal is 4-6 whole eggs with cheese and salsa, 3 slices of bacon and a bagel with PB or jelly...post workout is true mass weight gainer, followed by either a chicken breast or half pound of ground beef with rice, cheese, salsa, and avocado

    sorry forgot to also ash if you want to:
    start low, use a glucose meter and build your way up with minimal needed carbs?
    start high, go over kill on carbs and work your way down with a glucose meter?
    just take slin, eat good enough, and enjoy an easy blast?

    sorry but this confused me...i want to start low, and work my way up...i think that would be safer, but i also want to see good results as well.

    before you start slin get a glucose meter and a bunch of test strips. check your glucose level 30 minutes, 1h, and 2h after your pre w/o meal for a couple days. this gives you your target range to stay in while on slin.

    use on training days only. take your slin with your pre w/o meal 30-60minutes before your w/o

    start at 3iu then add 1 iu every couple days until you hit a point of needing more carbs or you reach 10iu.

    check blood glucose levels every 30 minutes or so starting 30 minutes after you inject. keep checking for 3 hours after your shot. stay in range adjusting your carb intake.

    while on slin know the signs of hypo and be ready with glucose or dextrose incase you start to get them.

    your diet: carbs should be a mix of low and high gi. play with your mix for stability.
    protein needs to be high eat food and drink a shake. i used to eat/drink about 300g around my training.

    sups you should use:
    500mg chromium picolinate with pre w/o
    200-300mg ala with pre w/o
    creatine and glutamine with pre w/o (or at least creatine if yout not a fan of glutamine)

    thats it in a nut shell. study up, be patient, pay attention

    thanks alot joe. should i use it before or after my pre wo meal? i also read alot about people having some kind of drink mix during the workout if the use pre wo...like a gatorade mix with something else....you know anything about this?

    reg slin is more effective taken pre w/o because it will be active throughout and after the w/o. you will get a few hours out of it. if you want more for post w/o take it 30 mins pre w/o.

    you need to have carbs with you incase you need them. if you dont need them dont consume them. it will only add to the storage. just keep glucose in normal range.

    many people eat the shit out of carbs on slin on the better safe than sorry plan. it only adds to the bad. if you take the time to learn what you need your much better off.

    As i have.gotten older i find gh to give me less sides....espc pharm grade....and the returns are even better.....well considering my levels were .01 when i was tested....only can go up from there...

    Aromasin 12mg eod
    GH 6iu's on training days/ 2iu's on off days

    Summer Cycle:
    500mgs test e/week 1-16
    400mgs deca/ week 1-8
    Anadrol 50mg/day/ week 1-4
    500mgs tren e/ week 8-16
    25mgs dbol day/week 5-16
    Maybe add sustenon as well.......I think thats it for my summer cycle, lol.

    Aromasin(depends)

    For your summer cycle try switching the tren e to ace and the deca to npp for better results, thats my cycle right now with mast, just at the tail end of it and love it. the short esters are best on this type of cycle and 12 to 14 weeks is perfect if you cruise between cycles. and no need for orals with the npp because the strength comes fast, just my 2 cents

    I would love to switch the tren out with ace, but i've already got everything cooked up. Plus, I cant buy tren ace where I live. This will also be my first run with deca, so I should gain off of it, npp with be a future thing.
