Looking For A Meal Replacement?!
SNAC has the Solution to Your Problems!
On this week’s episode of Heavy Muscle Radio Dave Palumbo said asides Physique 2.0 there was no other legitimate meal replacements out there and because of this a large number of people are looking for a quality MR shake. I heard this and immediately thought ‘Hey hey now we have one! And it’s good!’ - ProQuick
ProQuick contains 43 grams Protein per a serving, the building blocks of muscle. It gets this protein from multiple animal sources not some soy garbage like many other low quality products, and because of the quality protein sources, ProQuick provides a great amino-acid profile that has what your body needs as an athlete. This meal replacement offers 25g of complex and simple carbohydrates (only 8g sugar) that serve the body as a steady energy source. ProQuick also contains a number of Vitamins (A,C) also quintessential to growth.
Because adding fats to any products essentially destroys the the shelf life there is only one gram of fat in ProQuick. Although this may seem like a good thing to some laypersons your body needs essential fats to function properly and “Fat Free” isn’t always a good thing. I personally like to throw in a couple servings of extra-virgin olive oil to solve this problem. For less than $20 bucks you can get a couple months worth of the stuff from almost any grocery store. I feel it provides more for your body than a lot of ineffective supplements produced by other companies that rely on marketing. Sometimes a dash of fiber as well for digestive purposes, and this combination with ProQuick covers the basic nutritional matrix your body needs to function as best it can.
Be glad to know you have options out there!

Read part two of what I posted, QUALITY fats destroy the shelf life of products which would drive prices way up and we refuse to put non quality fats in just for the label unlike other companies. That's why Physique 2.0 also is low in fat, yes some other MR's have fats (BSN) but they contain many nonessential fats etc that don't optimize the body but look good on the label. This is why I recommend (based on things I have heard Palumbo say) some type of extra-Virgin olive / or macadamia nut oil which provides a quality essential fat source that mixes easily with ProQuick, then you can choose how much you want and you know it's of a high quality.

I just put a scoop of whey, 12 oz. milk, 1 cup of oatmeal and 4 tbsp of peanut butter or 3 semi-raw eggs in it. That's my meal replacement. No sense in buying a 30$ can of powder that's gonna last you 2 weeks.

Yeah because we have soooo much stuff in there...
"Whey Concentrate, Isolates, Hydrolysate, and egg protein (All Proteins), Malodextrin (carbs), fructose (simple carb), polydextrose (more carbs), Glutamine peptides, flavoring, vitamin, minerals, and Surcalose"
So a veriety different amino and carb profiles is useless... ok
