Fat loss help
Hello there im 15 yrs old (male) and i weight around 62-64kg and im 1.71 cm tall.. and everyone keep telling me that i weight normal . i also think so but my body still kinda looks fat , last year i weighted 75kg, and now im on a diet
no: bread,pasta,rice,potatoes, and so on
eating: almoste everything that doesnt contain to much carbhydrates or whatever u say. and uhm i dont really want six pack and shit like that, all i want is a flat stomach, and my stomach isnt big i just want it flat, and i also would like to get some muscles in the chest, my back couse(i was born with wide shoulders, and i would like to wear tight clothes) i think that looks better than having six pack.,
uhm so i am working out around 15min on the morning(on weekends) then 20 min after dinner. and i was wondering if that's enough to lose some weight til around 60kg and gain some muscles, and i dont either really eat alot, something like this below:
8:20 - breakfast 16:00 some fruits 18:00 dinner(without bread, potatoe and so on, mostly eating MEAT and vegtebales)
and yeah forgot that , if u just do strenght passes, without doing cardio will i lose fat and get a better lookng body or will i gain muscles and then look even fatter like one guy told me kinda worried, dont wanna look any fatter than im now..
and if it doesnt work out im simply gonna take anabola
edit: i also drink alot of water if that helps
sorry for my english!Last edited by Swiftdreamz; 06-11-2012 at 10:19 AM.

Quit trolling jamesprist
But just to comment on this stupid, troll written post; you think people should live on fruit juice and salad? How about lean protein souces, green vegetables and seeds and nuts?
..... and I love the "Wellness Coach" moniker. lol
To the original poster, you're 15. You probably still have baby fat. Eat a balanced diet THAT INCLUDES CARBOHYDRATES and focus on building some muscle. Hit the gym focusing on compound lifts, stay hydrated get your calories in and build a body. You seen fat of soft because your overall bodyfat percentage is probably too high (can;t say for sure w/o photos). Buile muscle without adding too much fat and your bodyfat % will go down without even losing any actual fat. Point being, the problem is likely not too much fat but not enough muscle.

try keeping your fruit intake to just before or after weight training, once a day and small portions.

anabolic stuff isnt the answer for fat loss, its all about diet. you can take all the drugs in the world but if you eat McDonalds and pizza all the time, you will be fat.. unless you burn an immense amount of calories but lets assume you don't.

Well, I don't have any objection to adopt these tips for fat loss. But I think you
should be nature native.
Eat whatever God Has Created to eat. Just maintain your physical work routine.
