IFBB Pro Neil Picone 17 weeks out from the Houston Pro
Neil got his pro card in March at the wheelchair nationals...he's currently 17 weeks out from Houston and 20 lbs heavier then his stage weight at Nationals!

He shot a In The Iron Asylum a couple weeks back at Bev Francis Powerhouse that should be up soon as well....trains like an animal

Hopefully in the next couple yrs they will have shows at the Arnold and Olympia...thats the goal! I believe only 1 pro show this yr

Neil has a freaky metabolism as well ...calories are over 3400...290 g protein, 280 g carbs, and 108 g fat
Btw he's 165 lbs
