326!I started bodybuilding cause I was a fat obese out of shape dude weighing 283 at 5ft 6 in tall!In the last year I have lost iover 120 pounds of fat and builded a nice physique not very muscled or huge but I'm getting there.Now I weigh about 165 and still got some fat to loose but I will with diet and lots of cardio and hard work!My goal after I loose the remaing lard is to go up to 200 by this December with Iron Mag Labs and killing it in the gym and a solid diet high in protein and moderate carbs and believe me I'll get there cause I'm determined and God is guiding me!

231. I started training with my old man when I was 15 years old just to fill out a bit as I was kinda scrawny at the time. My obsessive compulsive disorder keeps me go'n at it now 15 years later.
