    Default How I got lean...

    I was fat. Now I'm lean. To get there took me half a year. We are all different and what works for me,...maybe doesn't so for you, but that's what I did:

    Training: Every other day
    Supplements: Whey-Protein
    Equipment: Pair of Dumbbells, 1 Barbell, Weights, Gym- or Yoga-Mat., Belt

    For Whey: If you can lay your hands on a high quality product like SPECIES, check it out. It tastes "out of this world".

    Training: The weights I mention here are just an example.(Sorry for the KG's) It's NOT a recommendation. AND !!!, you've got to learn to do proper Deadlifts. I didn't use a Belt at first, then later with increasing weights I did.

    Warm-Up:
    ---------------
    4 x 15 Bicep Curls (Dumbbell or Barbell), moderate weights.
    1 x 20 Deadlifts with 30 Kg

    Routine:
    -------------
    1 x 10 Deadlifts with 40 Kg
    1 x 8 Deadlifts with 50 Kg
    1 x 6 Deadlifts with 60 Kg
    1 x 4 Deadlifts with 70 Kg
    1 x 2 Deadlifts with 80 Kg
    1 x 1 Deadlift with 90 Kg

    Cooling Phase:
    -----------------------
    Crunches (at least 2 Sets of 15)
    After that, keep laying down for 5 Minutes on the mat and breath deeply.

    Nutrition: Post-Workout Whey-Shake, a small Banana.
    On Training-free Days: One Whey-Shake (about 30 grams of Protein) in the Evening. Nothing else. (ok ok, have a QUEST-Bar)

    I added 2,5 Kg to my Deadlifts every month.
    The Deadlift gives your whole frame a healthy shock. After you learned to do them proper, you'll feel every bone.

    After the workout (evening) I have one Whey-Shake and a Banana. On Training-Free days one Shake as a
    Replacement-Meal in the Evening. Breakfast, Lunch and "In Between" as healthy as possible.
    I even have a piece of cake on a Saturday Morning once in a while...why not? Don't be more popish than the pope.
    Before you build up a crazy hunger for chocolade, have a Quest-Bar or put some choco-protein on
    your oats. Think around "the dangers", try to minimize them, be smart.
    AND BEFORE YOU KICK SOMEBODY's INNOCENT ASS, eat that Candy-Bar...it won't kill you and the world won't
    stop turning. Just stick to the Training and the post Workout Shake. We're not machines, all we can do is

    Your workout consisted of deadlift and nothing else?

    What was your beginning weight and weight following one year of this program?

    I was listening to all the "Nutrition Experts" and their Radio-shows. I ended up (so to speak) with a body plastered with patches for sleep, nicotine and what have you. No wheat, no corn, no fish, not too much red meat, NEVER any sausage, NO Sugar, NO alcohol, NO Burgers and even the Water is contaminated. Only eat the chicken if you asked it before the kill " ...and what did you pick all day, Esmeralda...?" If the Cow wasn't grass-fed and not a member in a gym, I didn't eat it. Pigs...no way. Those pigs are real swines, rolling in the filth all day. (Would you believe it ?) Fish only if my magnet didn't start shaking in my hand for all the heavy metals. The whole world's getting its genes mutated and it's time to leave the planet. Bulls..t
    In the end I had to make a choice: Starving to death or stop listening to all the self-proclaimed Health Experts. I decided to stop listening. I love mussles in tins, hering in tins, Burger King, KFC,Bratwurst,Salmon, creamy Protein-Shakes, Icecream (moderate amounts of cocos..mh), fried potatoes etc. etc. I eat it all, BUT in moderate amounts and NOT in the evening.
