Workout Schedule
I find that all my workouts are an hour or less, except for shoulders and arms. I spend an 1hr 40 mins in the gym tonight WAY too long for me. Any ideas for a different training split? This is the current schedule I'm using:
Day 1
Chest about 16 sets
abs: 6 sets
Day 2
Back: 16-20 sets
Day 3 off
Day 4
Legs: varies 12-30
calves: 8 sets
Day 5
Shoulders: 12 sets
biceps: 10-12 sets
triceps: 10-12 sets
Day 6 off
repeat

Do biceps with chest and do your abs in between sets...

Pair Biceps with Chest and Triceps with Back.

Back and Traps
Bi's and Tri's and forearms
Legs
You should only be in the gym max an hour. The real growing takes place in the nutrition part outside the gym while you're resting. You want to stimulate not eradicate.

I agree with the chest and biceps thing, that's how I do mine. I don't like the shoulders with chest idea though. It seems to me like your shoulders would be too tired to really move some weight by the time you're done with chest.
