heavily abusing...wow after not doing anything for almost 20 month. But I somewhat understand the hate since some people just don't know how to handle it when they using everything in the book and still can make the gains other people do so what better to do then to hate?

I always thought he was doing carb diets seeing how he worked with Milos Sarcev for quite a while and Milos doesnt like keto diets even thought eh advocates them for a week or two at most.

I hope Dennis returns for the Masters Olympia. He'd be a fantastic representative for the sport as a Mr. Olympia. I finally had the pleasure of meeting him at the Chicago Ironman show last November, he took the time to talk to his fans and take photos with them even after he guest posed. He's truly a class act. Hope to see you back on stage again Dennis!

Dennis has always been one of my favorites. I could never understand why he gets his balls busted about his phsique and not being able to hold his condition. I would do anything to look like him! BEST OF LUCK!!!

thanks guys for the positive comments and sorry for the ones who are offended by someone posting the booty shots of myself and Dave lol, we didn't ask for it so take it easy on us lol. In the meantime I'm enjoying life and actually train hard and try to stay on a somewhat clean diet because since I retired from competition I really didn't care to much about diet, training or anything affiliated with bodybuilding when it comes to myself. I represent my supplement sponsor Probiotica and of course I'm still with Flex magazine doing what I do best which is give my opinion whether some people like it or not, plus I work with a lot of athletes and it's a great opportunity for me to give back and help others trying to not make the same mistakes I did. The great thing about doing that is that watching these guys and girls doing their thing motivated me to get a little more serious and that is what I started training like a bodybuilder again. I know a lot of people assuming I'm doing the Masters Olympia this year but I can tell you that at this point in time I don't have the show on my mind but if I keep growing and improving the way I am right now you never know what will happen

Dennis is the sweetest guy ever! When I won my IFBB Pro card in 2009 I was setting down my trophy in the lobby to go chat with Dennis and it got knocked over and broken and he rushed over and gave me a big hug and even offered to talk to the promoter to get me a new one.
