    Default Keto/cardio n aas

    Im Followings daves keto dies high protein,mod fat,very low carbs.i notice dave recommends low intensity cardio fasted in the AM n heart rate to be at 130-135 i been doing the stepper n realized im at 150

    my questions are
    1.Im on AAS so am i going to be losing muscle since my heart rate is so high?
    2.believe it or not my fat loss has slowed last 2 weeks n i have added T3 n 10mins of cardio.what gives?iIF i do lower my cardio to 130 BMP wouldnt my fastloss slow even more becaise i wont be burning as much cals as when i was doing 150 BMP

    And the idea of the diet is to to touch diet last,Im just confused bc i droped weight quick and since the last 2 weeks my weifght slowed i added 10mins of cardio n 50mcg of T3 so im confued why i didnt lose,My cals are also very low atm and im hungary alot so i dont really wanna reomove food this early in

    okay couple of things here.

    1) have you noticed any muscle loss yet? if not i wouldnt be concerned. i ran keto not daves exact diet but definitely strict keto about 300 g pro/90 f and just trace carbs with minimal and i truly mean minimal aas. my cardio was 40 min liss twice daily and i did two hiit sessions per week. i really did not lose a lb of muscle but my body is very mesomorphic in nature. but the fats helped me hold onto muscle even better then when i dieted with carbs in the past

    2) are you doing the cheat meal or a refeed of some kind? because without that on keto your metabolism would definitely start to slow. I didnt need a huge refeed as i said im very mesomorphic i was hitting 400 high glycemic carbs once per week and that was enough to keep the fire burning for me. If your refeeding/cheating once a week and still not dropping with the 10 min of cardio and added t3 after the next refeed id suggest creating a further deficit of 200 cals perhaps through fats and protein.

    Thank you for the great responce,Currentlt im on good dose of tren n low prop,Im vert flat but have noticed no muscle lose

    Dave reccomends 1 cheat meal per week last meal of day,Think is i have not had a cheat meal for 14 days reason being instead of cheat meal i had.a cheat day n went nuts so i figure i wait to weeks then do one....Can this be possible the peoblem?


    As for the caedio im still confused what todo,Since no muscle loss should i stay at 150 heart rate n burn all those calls or stick to thebdiet protocol n do 130 heart rate

    thanks been on 4 weeks n got another solid 20 poumds togo

    Your welcome brother. yes this could very well be the cause. id personally hit a refeed instead of the cheatmeal they work great. and when you set an amount of carbs instead of just a cheatmeal it helps prevent the urge to binge to some degree. start with like 400 grams of carbs spread out over a few hours and see how quickly it takes to burn it off and hit a new low afterwards.

    Cool ill try it beluve it or not personally i have bettwr self control to eat all my carbs at one time instead of spread out..is tht cool?Im def a true endo as well

    i got your pm cnt read it now thos bc im on my phone it wont let me,ill check after im done with this cardio

    o normally have my cheats on Saturday shpuld i just have it tonite instead?thNks

    if tis been two weeks since ur last cheat i would. perhaps hit 200 carbs then wait an hour and hit another 200 carbs.

    i done daves diet to the T. i went from 15%bf to 6.9%bf best shape i had been in for a while, but i used gear t3/clens and done the cheat meal to stay sane, my strength went down a bit but i was full and my muscle bellies were round. towards the last 6 week i gained muscle 6lbs dont know why but my bf kept dropping aswell, weighed on the same scales same bf capillars some work that one out

    a rapid wieght loss is normal when using a keto diet...due to the removal of carbs...some see a larger loss at first espc if they were consuming alot of carbs before...you should use a refeed once ew on the same day....some peeps respond better to high gi carbs some dont...play with that....as for.losing muscle....yeah you can and prob will a little even on aas...but thats with any cutting diet....it is what it is...i would say if you run this keto diet for a few more weeks and dont "see" changes then you may look to carb cycle..i dont like scales...there a ok tool for peeps losing alot of wieght as a gauge...but the mirror is a better.gauge along with skin caliper tests...make a log and post pics and progress so you can get some feedback..
