Does T3 have an effect on IGF-1?
Would T3 lower IGF-1? If so why?

I believe it does by lowering GH production. If T3 or Slin is too high the body stops producing GH.

i believe it can but its not a definite. the can because of the reason bush stated. and the not definite because igf is also stimulated by insulin. so is gh in a burst. probably more so than the gh shut down from the t3, and even if your not using slin or getting your own insulin activity high ive had labs showing my igf-1 to be mid to low normal when my gh is zero and i was real low carb with no slin.
