The best advice I can give you as a endomorph is do not neglect cardio. I was eating more calories and yet doing cardio 4 days a week on the step-mill and I noticed it helped me feel "mentally" good with the food I was eating. I also train volume so I feel like I'm doing "cardio" just by training. I can say don't eat soo much protein like most do at 2.0g per lb. I say 1.25g per lb is enough so you can fill your other calories for Fats/Carbs. For Carbs I sticked to low-GI. But I can say that I ate Sweet Potato on every training day it helped me stay full and taste so good with some Cinnamon Spice

To the OP, have you ever thought about doing a targeted keto diet with intermittent fasting for bulkin?
