Keeping the appetite up through stress.
So as i'm going through some stressful girlfriend issues - don't fret, i'll spare the many details - i find it interferes with my appetite, stress seems to really beat it down. All I can get the desire for is junk food, good food becomes a challenge to choke down. Other than splitting, as I'm sure some pessimists will suggest, anyone have any suggestions to help this? I'm not on a contest diet or anything, actually bulking and finding shoveling obscene amounts of food in my mouth to be a bit tough. thanks!

When I get stressed out, I instantly get the urge to indulge in something sweet and bad for my diet. Instead I just make foods that give me that same sweet satisfaction with out causing harm to my diet. Can I suggest a few things?
Chop celery into small 4 inch pieces and let them soak over night with a teaspoon of stivia and spring water in the fridge, the celery will absorb the stivia and turn it into a healthy sweet snack.
Also try baking kale, in 325 degree oven, take washed kale that you sprinkle lightly with mortons lite salt, and stivia rub it all over the leafs and then put it on a cookie sheet to bake, careful not to over lap the leafs. After about 10 min it should form a good crunchy snack, thats sweet and salty and not bad for you either!!

Thanks Data, there is already plenty in of junk food in my binge, power lifting (somewhat conscious of the waist line) not body builder When the appetite goes that gets increased just trying to keep it to a minimum and try getting in some those AWESOME chicken breasts and brown rice....and thanks, hope this shit resolves soon too. Tired of a good relationship going through the shit.
Aly thank you for the suggestions but thy're missing the large amounts of protein I need If i get a sweets craving though, I'll be sure to give this a whirl.
Maybe i'll just start smoking weed again as my friend suggested...
