I am currently running NTBM DAA powder @ 3g daily. I was wondering if you guys have ever ran this up until the day of a show? Last year I dropped it a week out from my shows to avoid any possible water retention but I was considering keeping it in the mix this time. I am open to some other opinions on this! Thanks

I did end up using it through show day and didnt notice any water retention. If there is it is minimal. If anything it almost seemed like it was somewhat of a cell volumizer. There is alot of factors in play to make that claim though.

It went well man. I ended up 4th in my class. Im please for my first national show and only being 21. Here are some pics I took first thing in the morning 1 day out. Came in super pealed just need more size but thatll come with time. I am looking forward to trying out some different Need2 supplement combos during this offseason!

Thanks man! I included several NTBM supps in my regular supplementation for this prep and they helped me tremendously.
