ALA before bed
Than I take a berberine and banaba custom cap pre fasted workout
After workout its Need2slin+recompadrol before HUGE meal and then need2slin prior to the meals the rest of the day

4 recompadrols and 2 need2slin with the HUGE meal and then 1 need2slin with the rest of the meals but they arent too carb intensive usually fruit
