What do you think about Milk Protein Isolate?
Doing another round of Keto, and I was on TrueProtein putting together a Protein Powder.
I was considering doing a 70/30 mix of Whey Isolate and Milk Protein Isolate......It helps keep the overall cost down, and should add "some" slow digesting proteins/aminos.
What do you guys think?.......How is the overall quality of Milk Protein Isolate?

As long as the carbs are low low low it will be fine for keto, many drink a custom blend consisting of whey and milk protein from TN because it's cheaper. Obviously whey isolate is the highest grade but don't over think it too much get most of your protein from lean meats/egg/fish and 2 shakes of whey/MP is just fine imo.

Milk Protein Isolate is going to be an 80/20 blend of Caisen/Whey. Imo its a good choice of protein sources if you are going to use powder. I would perfer getting all my protein from whole food because I like to chew my calories but if you are going to have a shake its fine.

I use the TN Milk Isolate.
I go with 70% Milk and 30% Micellar Casein.
I like the slow protein obviously.
I use Hydrolyzed proteins around my workout though.CutlerAthletics.com

I prefer a straight isolate over a blend of proteins....i question a lot of the new studies about blends and what not, they leave a lot to be desired, i'm going to be trying nectar isolate protein very soon https://www.mrsupps.com/Products/228...+Isolate+2lbs/

I do straight isolate and if I want a mix I do a half with casien or hydrolized.
Muscle feast does huge sales left and right and with their VIP program you can get their products for really really good prices and during those times I pick up a couple of 5lb containers. IMOH they make if not THE BEST at least one of the best protein products out there.
They have a "premium blend protein" which is 1/3 hydrolized, 1/3 isolate, and 1/3 casein. They all taste really good also.
