    Honestly I'm not sure I'd enjoy that. Gaining 20 lb of muscle in 8 weeks that is. All I see is cardiovascular challenges that don't sound like fun. Altho I'd probably nail my pro card at the USAs... I'd hate to see what the rebound of that would be....

    Well, I do feel for couples when going thru the different stages of body transformation.

    Sassy I think 20 lbs for you would be very different than it would be for Rick or I- both well over 6' and superheavies, lol.

    That's what I'm saying .. honestly I don't think I'd like it. I don't like my extra weight off season .. throw on another 20 lb and my heart explodes.

    That would probably put me at 195 lb, 8% bf at 5'7".

    Do you think it helps when couples "cut" and "bulk" etc at the same time? And if you ever have that problem again just drop on by.

    I was going to ask Esplendido how it works with Gunz and himself but I think I might start a thread on the subject.

    I think its a plus & minus - because neither is going to have food aroudn that would sabotage the other, but at the same time, now you've got two miserable, mildly psycho people in the house.
