Great hearing the real deal from a competitor. That is mike yablon who is almost twenty pounds lighter than his past contest weights BECAUSE HE APPRECIATES the art of bodybuilding and knows it aint simply a size game. Thank you for your thoughts on the class... I agree as do two pros that were there. I heard he pulled off a great classic vacuum as well. Good luck to you

No problem brotha. I think Keith weighed in at something like 260-270 so the playing field was entirely different between the two. I would give it to Yablon but we will see. We all know how it goes

I don't fault Keith Williams for doing this show. It's a smart move - and both Dave and I agree that the masters class is pretty damn competitive. If he wins, I'm happy for him.
