First show? Not bad, obviously you need to put on a lot of mass in the long run, but honestly first show just enjoy the experience, learn the timing, how shows work, when to pump up how much, etc. Overall win might be tough for this one just because you're so tall and the short class guys will just out mass you, keep going with you're conditioning get as freaky as possibly in that area, use it to your advantage, you look a lot better than I did at my first show

What kind of thoughts and ideas are you looking for at 10 days out? Not too much is gonna change. If you're natural.. Don't go crazy with carb loading and sporting and dropping water and all that shit. You'll be pissed when you wake up and realized you ruined your whole prep.
Yes I did inject my sack to win free shit.

Hey jason you look nice and conditioned man, you may have took juice the wrong way. all hes saying is since its your first show and all he advises keeping the peak simple since your body looks nice and tight right now his advice is too not do anything drastic and id say i agreee. other then that good job getting into condition most guys cant do that there first show. but after the show time to pack down that food.

I am going to echo Provo. Nice condition. Keep the peak simple and dont do anything drastic. Many of these guys may not remember where you started but I remember the pics and you have made great progress. As for putting on size, plan your diet after the show. Be ready to take full advantage of your rebound. It is the best time to put on muscle so be sure to have a plan!!

my plan for after the show was to add back in fats first and restructure the meals around the gym.
Rigth now I have my full meal pre workout and no post workout food or shake....
i plan to split my meal 50/50 of pre and post as I workout right at meal time usually
adding in itbsp of mac cocnut or olive oil to my mid day shake or making it a whole food meal
right now
protein 300
carbs 150
fats 25
I feel I want to experiment with fats and increasing them to see how I grow as ive never done higher fats other than to cut once.
slowly adding calories back in but cutting cardio out should be a BIG help as my body doesnt usually do it.
I will keep cardio in 2-3 days a week walking on treadmill (ill take out the incline) mainly to do cardio with my girl so she stays lean
we may do car pushes every now and again.
any suggestions on adding foods back in?Live Free, Train Hard
