Question for Mr Aceto
Mr Aceto I would like to ask you, how much grams of protein, carbs and fat per pound of bodyweight, would you suggest for an average bodybuilder who is looking to gain some muscle? Thanks.

Most generic question ever. There is no specificity to this whatsoever. I hope you get the most generic answer as well.
Yes I did inject my sack to win free shit.

The mcdouble has a perfect ratio of p/c/f I would eat 4 of those 6 times a day to maximize your gains.

If its offseason nutrition then you can't go wrong with Aaron's preworkout meal.
