And have you noticed through experience /work with clients if you haven't eaten a certain food for a while, in my case eggs and beef, can there be a brief period when you re introduce it where your digestive system will have to get used to that food again, but will normalize over a short amount of time as long as you eat it several times a week?

Thank you all! Still have to wait on my paper copy but it will be here at some point At this point I dont think there will be anymore school right away as I am simply tapped out and maxed out schedule wise. However, that is not to say I may not at some point. I certainly havent ruled it out.
Since its said to have a mild calming effect I tend to take it in the evening. When anxiety rears its head that is usually when it happens. Plus my intake is high so I have taken in a good amount of food at that point. I take it then to keep things moving as well.
Nah not at all since I obviously didnt just jump into that. It was slow overtime. If I feel I am getting slowed down I can add in more MCTs as well.A Passionate and Dynamic Approach to Physique Enhancement

Ya but I think that is pretty common with alot of folks. That is why I tend to keep foods very constant later in prep to make sure I am not going to throw things off. that is also another reason I like to have folks (outside of maybe the last 4 weeks of prep) vary food sources. There are many reasons to do it but this is one of them. Keeps from forming food sensitivities overtime and also gives you a nice variety of naturally occurring enzymes.
I actually have one in my parents basement lolA Passionate and Dynamic Approach to Physique Enhancement

How was your travels to Detroit?
How do you pack food when you travel? Pretty consistent with what you pack? Any staple meals or sources you like to take?2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

When I dose it a little higher it will be me too lol
Travel was good on the way up but the show started very late. Once it got rolling everything was smooth. I didnt actually have a client in it. We just went up to watch a client of a fellow coach and check out the show since I competed in it back in 2010. Coming back was a nightmare. There was so much construction it took nearly 6 hours to make a 3hr and 15 minute trip. It was horrible!
When I travel, I definitely keep it pretty simple. I like to pack all my supplements in tiny pill baggies. I then keep all the meals to 3-4 ingredient. One for each, protein, carbs and fats. I might bring a few condiments but other than that its simple. If its more than a couple of days I will usually pack food and weigh it there instead of pre preparing so many meals.
I wanted to drop in with an update! I was sitting at 210.4 this morning and have crept up a couple of lbs lately. Training is sitting at 5 days per week pretty much every week now. I may even throw in a 6th day at times. I seem to have enough in the tank to recover so I am rolling with it. I more so have to keep an eye on my joints and how I feel overall outside of muscle recovery.
My split has been as follows the past couple of weeks.
Chest, Shoulders
Back, Hamstrings
Arms
Chest, Shoulders
Legs
Back, Arms
I am still running a three way macro split as well. I use training day macs five days per week, a separate set for arm only days and an off day macro set up.
275P/500C/130F Training
275P/400C/130F Arms only
275P/200C/150F Off Day.
I have cut out the one HIIT session weekly and replaced it with push mowing my yard once per week which is more than enough lol Plus training volume and intensity over a weeks span is pretty darn high.
Overall pushing hard and progressing slow but surely I will get some pics up pretty soon once I hit around 212ish. My condition is night and day better at 210.4 than what it was starting my prep last year at 203. Not even close. Evening weight is usually around 218-220.
Hope everyone is well!A Passionate and Dynamic Approach to Physique Enhancement
