    Initially I backed it off a little bit because I didnt know what my training was going to be like. At this point, I feel like I am generating the same intensity and finding ways to make the workouts just as productive. My intake is back up at a good spot. The only thing I have done now is dropped my non training day carbs way down to nothing but fibrous type carbs.

    320p/515c/135f on leg and back days
    320p/415c/135f on other training days

    Im very full! Carbs dont do jack for hunger, if anything they make you hungrier so not having them is not an issue. Especially with almost 1400 cals from fat alone lol

    Great videos! You have got to be the most creative lifter in the gym! Lat pulldowns look excellent-totally takes biceps out of the movement. And the flyes look awesome too- you must really feel that on the inside of the pecs. You should get some great development out of those! Props! Glad to hear you are thriving!

    Thank you! I am trying to take a not so good situation and make is good.

    Stopping back in with a few more training videos. The wrist is progressing slowly but surely. I can use 10-15lb DBs on some exercises but that limits me quite a bit so training is essentially still modified.

    Hey all, coming back with some more training. I am slowing gain strength and stability back in the right wrist/hand but the pins will be in another month most likely. After they come out I will be able to make some bigger strides.

    Nic vids- looks like you are keeping up with it. I like the leg extension with the purple band is that yours or do they have it at the gym. I could use something like that for my knee rehab. I've got my quad seen to my patella with Kevlar so I need to build up the muscles to be as strong as the Kevlar or it gets too stiff. If it's not too much trouble, Lmk if you bought it and what you ordered.
    Getting my arm out of a sling in two weeks after rotator cuff surgery.
    I'm dying to go 100 % next year. My right side is all reinforced so I should be bulletproof! Hahahaha

    That is actually my band but my gym does have bands as well. I just ordered the cheapest bands I could find online lol I dont really load them up so much that it would snap anyhow.

    Hopefully you heal up as quick as possible man. Surgery recovery is rough depending on the injury.


    Alright guys, nothing major to update but I am going to post some new videos here. Currently I am leaning out some as my hand heals and I am able to add more weight to my exercises. Once I can I will be pushing cals back up but in the mean time I am getting myself in a nice lean state.






    Even one of my wife showing me up :P

    I have some good news. Pins come out of my wrist on Thursday so I will be able to start pushing the range of motion a bit more. My hand is already pretty strong but this should really help get things back to normal faster. I will see the doc the next week to follow up and see where I need to go from there.

    Things still rolling along in terms of leaning out. I am actually refeeding twice per week now. Once on Wednesdays which I track and again on Saturday evenings which I do not. I still follow a refeed type format though or higher carbs and moderate to low fat. I am starting my refeeds intra workout with a bigger carb intake than usually then the meals post I spread the rest of it out. I have no starchy carbs on non training days (only veggies) and 150g on training days so they are getting down there at this point but fats are still way up at 115g on training days and 135g on non training days.

    Hunger is definitely there most of the time which is ok, just lets me know things are being burnt through well. I have 3 weekly cardio sessions in the mix as well. Two steady state sessions of 250 cals each (about 25ish mins) and a wingate style HIIT session weekly as well which I always do on an off day.

    Nothing but TRT supplement wise, just cruising along and progressing. Nothing fancy at this point!
