Yes does nothing. Melatonin up to 9mg and Gaba high dosed. I dont think anything OTC will help me at this point lol If I take 6mg of melatonin, Gaba and 2 Unisoms I can sometimes fall asleep but am up within 30-45 minutes wide awake. Gaba is said not to cross the blood brain barrier very well anyhow so something like Phenibut might be stronger or something prescription. I have considered getting a script just too hold me over but then again thats something that I have really tried to stay away from.

Ahhh. The joys of contest prep. It is only a matter of time before my insomnia sets in and NOTHING helps me. I fall asleep fast but am soon wide awake.

I think I probably got 4-5 hours in last night which isnt great by any means but thats so much better than the previous few so I will take it at this point. New low weight this morning of 183.8 which is another plus! Planning to refeed again saturday if I can hit another new low in the next couple of days.

Some sleep is better than none, and hitting a new low is always a plus. Getting close to that 176 cut off

Yes for sure. I was a welter last year at 165 then I will barely be 176 this year. Itll be time to move up to LHW. Its hard to say how long that will take but I would say Spring of 2015 would be the earliest, possibly later though. I had a 90 minute massage today and man was that nice. I felt bad for the poor lady by the end. I was knotted all to hell and she really had to work. Going into smash arms here shortly. Breaking out some training from our new Reciprocal Inihibition program and it looks nasty
