thanks ladies. I forced myself to take this week off.. Been a long slow week but I havent taken more than a day off since November so being injured and sick, it's long overdue.. you lades keep rockin. <3

I had such an awesome time at the Tampa Pro. It was great meeting fans & catching up with my IFBB Pro sista's. I am happy with the package I brought & to have made 1st callout top 8 out of 31 amazing women!! Most importantly I brought a better physique than last year & from feedback-my best yet.. thank you all for your support

I will be working the Olympia then my next show planned is Houston Pro Oct 12th!!! I plan to do 3 more shows.. oct and nov.. taking a lil break to heal injuries and make improvements..
