I didn't win this one, got 5th place. I am very happy with top 5 & the physique I brought! Onto the next one! to be announced this week.

First show ever in 2011 to my current. BEfore I barely ate, did lots of cardio and had no clue how to pose. Im now 15 lbs heavier, lower body fat, eat 9 meals all of which have carbs and do 45- hour cardio -> during season..
