crazy busy lately.. will catch up asap.. 4 weeks till chicago wings of strength. Main focus this prep is my legs & my posing. Keeping physique full and tight. It will take time to get where I want to be, but I have the drive, determination, dedication, persistence & faith that it takes. now all is need is PATIENCE..

I've had a strained hamstring for weeks. almost 100% now so Im stoked to make more progress. here is 2DAYS before California in red and 2WEEKS before chicago in blue.. 4 weeks progress. Gotta keep improving each show..

So I strained my trap/tendon.. 10 days out.. So Dr said still no upper. Not gonna sit around. another leg day it is. He said its the tendon and all i can do is rest and ice.
