My new blog - my thoughts about training, diets etc.
I started to write a blog, so maybe somebody may be interested about.
I did not want to just copy my training log I have here, so I started a blog with my own autor articles about training and diets and soon I will add also some antropological studies I started on University and I want to make more popular.
I wanted to talk mainly to newbies and women and also to popularize the sport I love a little bit more and put some positive light on it.
I know that my English is not so good and I have there some grammar mistakes for sure - so I hope you dont mind it.

Thanks to all.
I would like more people - especially newbies may find it as well.
I love to share my thoughts and also use my skills of journalist a bit (I studied it). Anyway I see that to offer it for mainstreem media I am probbably not so good in English as I am in my native language
I added one older article about using average herbs we may find in the nature today. I am currently writing about keto diets, which are very unusual here in Europe and about some average exercices - which are usually done badly and I plan to write also not common articles about society and muscles. I may add here always an update when a new article will be released.
Honza - I have similar blog in Czech as well....
