Bryan Hildebrand's Strongman to Bodybuilding Training Log. June 28 Photo Update
I will be using a large male quadra-ped for my research. The research goal is to add lean body mass, decrease body fat and increase skin elasticity due to advancing age.
Day 1: GHRP-6 and CJC-1293
GHRP-6: 200mcg
CJC-1293: 100mcg
Both mix to clear quickly and easily. no flakes, clumps or issues. No pain or discomfort noted with subQ injection. Other peptide manufacturers have noted moderate to severe stinging upon injection lasting moments to minutes. Nothing to note with this mornings injection. I will use the same dosing later this evening between meals 5 & 6.
After several minutes my research subject had a voracious appetite, which is common with GHRP-6 telling me it was an active analog.
Also to note, I will be researching MT II for effectiveness in enhanced pigmentation. My research subject has responded well to MT II in the past with the usual increased erectile function.
Again, this is a research log for these products. They are not for human consumption or use.

I agree, but am starting slowly. my research subject appears to be lethargic mid day if used 3x daily. will work to 3x qd.

Day 2:
Same dosing. Appears to feel tired mid day today. This is the kind of result I saw previously with 2 other peptide companies.
Trained shoulders today. Nagging shoulder issue that hurts on light weight stuff but not so much when I go heavy.
Smith Machine Shoulder Presses: 135x30, 185x12, 225x10, 275x9, 315x6, 315x6
Machine Presses: Stack + 45lb plate: 20 controlled reps. +2x45lb plates: 16 controlled reps
DB Lateral Raises: 20x20, 25x20, 35x12, 45x12, 55x10, 60x9
Cable Rear Delts: 35lbsx 20x3
Recently dropped traps from shoulder day to back day. My shoulders need more attention where my traps and back have plenty of mass and thickness. Picked Sally from the airport and went to lunch. Ate like a fiend. HUGE appetite! came home and made some white sangria for later today. its 102 here again. Need something refreshing.
Tomorrow is back/traps and light bi's.

primary objective is to grow until fall.
secondary objective... grow.
I'd like to be around the 330lb mark when I start to come down in bodyfat.
keto is in my future. probably about 8-10 weeks worth and then take a break.
Day 3 is great. research quadra-ped slept really well last nigth considering it was in the 90's still at midnight.
Same research protocol.
Trained arms yesterday. Old school Dorian Yates: super strict, time under tension.
Straight bar pressdowns: 50x30, 70x20, 100x15, 130x11, 150x8
Skullcrushers: 95x12, 135x9
Reverse grip one hand pushdowns: 30x15, 40x8 forced
Closegrip pushups: 4 seconds down, 4 seconds up x 22reps...
Alt DB curls: 20x20, 30x20, 40x15, 50x12
Incline DB curls: 40x12, 50x8
Cambered bar curls: 95x12, 135x9
Curl machine 1 arm Scott curls: Slow and low: 50x 12, 60x9
Ab work and done.
Still using IGF1-LR3 from another company at 120mcg PWO with 50 simple carbs and 40 protein. whole food meal about 60-90 mins later.

two days off from the gym was a good thing. came back tonight with some quality strength.
feeling abit sluggish, having some difficulty sleeping at night. once I do fall asleep, I am out hard. SNAC ZMA is on the menu for me tonight.
oh, been fighting s bursitis in my left knee for 10-12 days now. dont want to take an Rx anti-inflammatory. using a topical DMSO. I had my doubts, but sure enough its helping. much better range of motion after 1 application.
research is fine. twice a day still.
and mr osta president, sally says thanks!
training today was simple: chest by itself.
Incline bench: 135x2x30, 185x12, 225x12, 275x6, 315x9
Machine flat bench press: stack +2 - 45's: slow and controlled. 16 reps. 2nd set, slower... 11.
Incline Db Flies: 75x9, 95x8
Cable crossovers (high) 140x12, stack x 9
feet on bench pushups to failure. 1 set.
Dips: Bodyweight x 7.
done.
wont weigh myself again until next week, but definitely retaining water. guessing I am over the 330lb mark right now.

What a great day. finally slept well. my daughter and i went out and got coffee (after my protein) and got some work done. heading down to play legos with the kdis for a bit and then to the gym for an early session.

Been sitting in front of my computer for the better part of the afternoon and evening tagging the 4 bajillion pics of the USA's from today. I did get away for some Vietnamese dinner and arms in the gym.
my arms just simply used ot be ginormous. now, i am getting old man triceps. they just wont grow. and as a guy who has ruptured both distal biceps and had them repaired, they are not what they used to be either. still more than 20" I need mroe size!
Dorian style arms.

Skull crushers: 135x 12, 145x9
Seated upright dips: stack + 45lb plate x 14, 2 - 45lb plates x 11
Reverse grip single pressdowns: 80x12, 90x10
Reverse close grip pushups: 40'something (failure)
Hammer DB Curls: ran the rack: 10 reps x 25, 35, 45, 55, 65, 75
Incline DB curls: 45x12, 50x9
Camber bar curls: 135x11
Preacher machine curls: 140x12, 140x11
Research is going well. Seeing some excess water retention I dont like, will give a 25mg HCTZ tonight with extra minerals to compensate. Thinking I will sleep really well tonight.
Tomorrow, more tagging for USA's and Back! Rack deads and bentover rows!
