lifting in sandals, having outbursts at the gym, this log is great...also, I think you'll be surprised at how much your "gyno" is just fat and bloat..what's your target weight for the comp? You mentioned NEVER being lean before..I think you will feel amazing dropping all the fat and may want to stay lean after seeing yourself on stage...keep up the hard work buddy and enjoy the cheat!

well, week 1 is in the bag.
started my journey on June 30 at an official 304lbs. weighed in this morning after week 1 at 292lbs. good start towards my goal of stepping on stage on Nov 9th. sent everything into dave and we will see if he makes any supplement or dietary changes. i expect to see more cardio soon. he has me doing 20 mins a day. I took 1 day off and ahve been doing 5 mins to warm up, 20 mins working and 5 mins to cool down. feels good. today, post cheat meal day I had TONS of energy to get cardio done this morning. to quote my good friend Ice Cube:
Today was a good Day!

Bryan, out of curiosity do you know a guy named Jake Thompson that trains over there at the Tech gym? Big guy, competed in the USAs last year

don't think so, but maybe have crossed paths. when I train at tech, I don't talk to anyone. hate it over there but they have the equipment for me to train heavier than at my shitbox gym.
headed out to hit some back and bi's. switching this week because I dont want to train legs on thurs and sit in my truck for 10-11 hours friday driving to houston.
so, back today, legs tomorrow and chest thurs. will train arms fri night in houston, take sat off (except cardio) and train sunday night arms when i get back in town.

home and food!
weighed in at 289.5 this morning. much bigger and fuller than i was at 287 last fall. definately ahead of the game size wise. I decided to not post pics until after the 4th week. dave is happy. didnt change a thing. hope to be around 275lbs by the time I cover Sarasota on labor day weekend. thats the goal.
food is fine. have periods of hunger, but never really stuffed between meals. dave has me at 325g of protein a day, so my no carb days, like today, only have 2 shakes. so I get 4 heavy protein and fat meals. seems to keep me happy for the most part.
legs tonight. zerchers and hacks oh my!
