Stats:
5'7"
206lbs
Years Training 8
Years Exp with Prohormones 3 1/2 -4 yrs
Current goal: Gain back past muscle mass lost after wreck/surgery. Somewhere around 220-225lbs would b nice
Supps also taken:
Vit C 4000mg daily
Liv 52 x 2 day
Flax oil omega 3 6000mg daily
Current diet type: lean bulk...lower carbs, mod fats, high protein...
Plan:
DMZ 2.0 x 4weeks
-begin pct week5
Start Osta Rx week 5
around week 10-12 run dmz 2.0 again or halo extreme...will see how it goes.
took first cap when i got it out of the mail, i will be training late tonight so ill take the other cap pre workout.
tonight is chest/back night so ima be hittin it good!

Right on, I got mine today as well. Will be starting it a week from today (Monday) when I finish up my Osta log. How much weight did you loose after your wreck?

day 2 complete...had a good workout today although it was fast.

Day 3 over!
Hungry all day again today but also felt really good...muscles felt full all day...good signs ...
No workout today bc of my moms bday. Back n the gym tomorrow

Normally heavy volume training...around 25 sets per body part with 3-4 exercises going to a heavy 2-3 rep finish set.
Since my injury I've been doing light volume training...hitting everything twice a week about 16 sets per body part each workout hitting two bodyparts a workout...
Starting next week ill be going back to 6 day split hitting legs twice and everything else once with around 30 sets per bodypart.. slowly start getting the weight back up until im where I was at previously strength wise ...

todays update...felt full again allday, hungry too...noticed muscles getting pumped just doing everyday stuff at work lol.
hit lower back and hammys today...good workout didnt do a ton of weight so hard to judge any from that...muscle endurance seemed up tho...
gonna hit shoulders tomorrow am and arms tomorrow evening...will be good!

I am going to start my log August 1st. I am dieting for a contest, I hope the hunger will not be too much of a problem.

Day 5!
Just finished up a workout...best pump i've had since back to training hands down! Strength was up and so was muscle endurance ...energy levels good throughout workout as well.
Noticing im tightening up as well through chest and mid section ...
Everything is great so far!

will def say libido is rolling high lol...felt good all day...going to hit chest here in a few and expect a good workout...will weigh again in the am to see the 1 week weight gain

Good to hear about the appetite increase. I'll just try to keep a strong will to accommodate the extra hunger with the right foods. The Metha drol suppressed my hunger a good bit.

day 8 is over!
had a killer back workout today! strength was up, endurance was up and the pump was off the charts...hunger still there and libido still raging...so far very very impressed with SDMZ 2.0...
also havent noticed any water gain so far either, gains seem to be lean and seamed to be dropping bf to..win/win!

Lookin nice....water retention should be pretty min with methylstenbolone....nothing ruins a cycle more then the dreaded moon face followed by hbp...
