day 2 complete...had a good workout today although it was fast.
good pump and killer sweat in the gym...
felt hungry all day today...

Day 3 over!
Hungry all day again today but also felt really good...muscles felt full all day...good signs ...
No workout today bc of my moms bday. Back n the gym tomorrow

Normally heavy volume training...around 25 sets per body part with 3-4 exercises going to a heavy 2-3 rep finish set.
Since my injury I've been doing light volume training...hitting everything twice a week about 16 sets per body part each workout hitting two bodyparts a workout...
Starting next week ill be going back to 6 day split hitting legs twice and everything else once with around 30 sets per bodypart.. slowly start getting the weight back up until im where I was at previously strength wise ...

Beginning of day 4...
Weight was 207.5 this am...
Up 1.5 lbs so far!

todays update...felt full again allday, hungry too...noticed muscles getting pumped just doing everyday stuff at work lol.
hit lower back and hammys today...good workout didnt do a ton of weight so hard to judge any from that...muscle endurance seemed up tho...
gonna hit shoulders tomorrow am and arms tomorrow evening...will be good!

I am going to start my log August 1st. I am dieting for a contest, I hope the hunger will not be too much of a problem.

Day 5!
Just finished up a workout...best pump i've had since back to training hands down! Strength was up and so was muscle endurance ...energy levels good throughout workout as well.
Noticing im tightening up as well through chest and mid section ...
Everything is great so far!
