    Default Kaotic's Super- DMZ RX 2.0 Log

    So just received the new Super-DMZ 2.0 in the mail today. However I will be starting tomorrow. After a 6 week layoff from the gym due to sickness, ready to start back up and put on the mass that was lost. Starting stats, weight this morning on an empty stomach was 181lbs. So during this month I will be using this product to bulk. Some products that will be used along with SUPER-DMZ 2.0 is the advanced cycle support, had a bottle left over from a previous order. Just to keep safe during this run. I will also be using OSTA-RX, E-CONTROL, and ULTRA MALE RX for post cycle therapy. And just incase to be on the safe side, yes I do have nolvadex, clomid, arimidex, and hcg (again just incase if they will be needed). So starting tomorrow and throughout this entire 30 day run, it will just be the Super-DMZ 2.0 and the Advanced cycle support.
    Wanna give a big thanks to IronMagLabs for giving me another opportunity to run there product for free after being one of the first to run the Osta-RX for free as well. I have used the old formula of the Super-DMZ and LOVED IT with great results!!! So im very excited to see how the new formula will work out. During the run, everyday I will post up my weight.

    Forgot to add this in. I will be taking this 2 caps a day, along with 3000mg fish oils to help with the absorption about 10-15 minutes before meals.

    Here is what my diet will be looking like.
    Meal 1: 7ounces white or sweet potato, 12 ounces egg white, 5ounces chicken breast, 1/2 cup dry oats then cooked.

    Meal 2: 6ounces chicken breast, 8 ounces white potato or yams, 5 ounces broccoli, 1 tablespoon naturally more peanut butter.

    Meal 3: Pre-workout meal, 1 cap Super-DMZ 2.0 with 3 fish oil softgels (3000mg) about 10-15mins before eating, then 1-1/2 cups dry oats then cooked, 1 medium apple, 6ounces chicken breast.

    Meal 4: Post workout meal, 1.5 scoops whey protein, 1/2cups dry measure oats, 6ounces yams or white potato.

    Meal 5: 4 ounces lean ground beef, 5ounces broccoli, 11ounces egg whites.

    Yes as you can see its a clean diet. Im doing a clean bulk. And after just starting up back up at gym (this is going on my 2nd week after 6 weeks out). This is just a starting point. If scale is not moving up, ill either throw in extra tablespoons of macadamium nut oil, or extra peanut butter. As you can see its alot of oatmeal, always loved oatmeal since it keep me full and rather have that instead of rice. And one day a week either friday or saturday, I will eat whatever I crave for meal #5. The diet macro is 262 grams of protein, 328 grams of carbs, 47 grams of fat. Ill include workout routines during gym days.
